My buddy has an old basshawk that has the coolest feature.. his livewell water is pumped through copper tubing through his boat ice chest into the livewells.. How come the big MFG'ers have not done this yet.. Is there a patent problem maybe.. It is amazing and cools the water temp off without having to add ice from chlorinated water...

Doesn't that make your beer get hotter faster?

Last I heard was patent problem. I would like to conduct a test to see the actual numbers. I'm afraid of it not having enough impact on 50gallons.

I think Charger used to have this same feature. Neat idea. I believe it would make a big difference if you kept ice in your cooler and it ran all day long.
