When you think of lures that has gotten you big bass, which one comes to mind that has caught you more? Top water, crankbait, jig, etc.?

Spinner bait for me. I started catching bass on them and my biggest one was caught on one.

This year, my biggest bass have been on buzzbaits, spinnerbaits, big cranks, and large t-rigged creature baits.

Overall, I've caught the most big fish on a jig but it just hasn't been a good year for jig fishing. (for me, at least)

Frogs and plastic worms.

In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

1-t rig

2-Jig- I like a slip jig rig by far the best for big fish

But biggest on. Squarebill, squarebill, trig strike king watermelon iguana, lipless crank, jig, trig lizard, trig lizard, trig craw- in that order.

T-rig lizard, 6XD. I've hooked a couple giants on a squarebill, but have been unable to seal the deal.
