Hello Couples & Anglers,
I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has ever fished with C.A.S.T. or supported C.A.S.T. for their time and effort in making the Couples Association of Sport Tournaments a wonderful organization. From the time of it's inception by Tommy & Barbara Taylor, over 36 years ago, thru the last ten years Grace & I have been owners/tournament directors, it has been GREAT!!!

After these last ten years we have decided to pass the reins to someone else. The new owners/tournament directors, Mike & Sharon Stroman, have extensive experience in guiding and organizing bass tournaments. Mike has fished at high levels of competition and has seen and done more than most. They are a great fit to an organization dedicated to Fellowship, Fun, and Fishing, in that order! We're confident everyone will get behind Mike & Sharon and show them the love and support given to us.

Once again, I want to say thank you for allowing me to be a part of your fishing experience. While we will finish out the 2016 season with our TOP SIX Invitational Tournament and the 2016 C.A.S.T. Classic on Sam Rayburn, we will have opportunity to visit with each of you and express just how much your friendship and support has meant to us. God has given us many challenges and we will continue meeting those challenges.

Hate to see y'all leave but good luck in whatever y'all have planned in the future. Glad I got to fish with y'all the last few years.

New blood is always good for an organization. Good things ahead for CAST I bet. John and Grace did an awesome job. Now it's time to hand over the reins.
