Ugh, those buoys eat rods. I drug my flutter spoon and c-rig around there for a while, no dice. Might try the stringer technique on Sunday...

I didn't get my rod back, but I caught one today on a different buoy... Unfortunately not a Kistler, it was a pistol grip spin caster, so if anybody be wants to claim it...

I'm Not fishing the discharge, I am fishing the dam, and yes! A couple of 3(ish) a couple of dinks, and a 6 (ish). Went looking for shallow fish up north of the RR bridge but couldn't get bit by the many fish I saw/heard in the grass/pads.
