2008 Regency 22 Party Barge.
24' Total Length
$24,000

Excellent condition and everything works perfect. This is a fantastic party boat with plenty of room to host a great day on the lake or relax with some fishing. Holds up to 12. It does have your normal scratches and scraps for a boat this age but it looks great.

-135 HP Mercury
-6 inch Lifting Strakes (planes like a speed boat and fast pontoon)
-Ski Tow Bar
-Hummingbird 899ci HD GPS/Sonar/Fishfinder
-Really nice Blue LED's installed in interior (really cool effect at night)
-Wireless Motorola Trolling Motor (quick release and snap on cover)
-New Radio with Bluetooth/Aux inputs (great sound)
-Front and rear extendable ladders
-Bimini top
-Vinyl in great condition with a few small scratches
-Front captains chairs
-Front and back removable tables
-Propane grill (great fun cooking hotdogs and burgers on the lake)
-Full Cloth Cover
-Includes Dual Axle Trailer (ok condition with some dents and scraps and the carpet will need to be replaced on the boards (but everything works perfect)
-and lots of random extras (life jackets, extra propeller, towable double tube, etc...)

I do have a current lien with USAA but 100% current on payments.
Boat is currently located at Eagle Point Marina on Lake Lewisville and will be easy to take out if interested.
Due to very busy travel/work schedule I will probably only be available on the weekends and some Fridays, but I will do everything to be flexible.

Very nice looking. Have you fished it much, if so how is it to fish from?

It fishes very well especially for catfish and chasing Sandies and Hybrid. I really like the option to get under the top on hot days. The trolling motor moves the boat around fairly well.
