Here's a great opportunity to show a TFF Mega-Posters gang at work.
You step on one of their tails and they come out of the woodwork, or better known as the "Off Topic" area.
See if you notice the pattern.

It is , what it is.

Terrible pic but has all the characteristics of a water moccasin.

Best of luck, Scott

I don't think that is a Moc. Probably a Blotched Water Snake.

And thats a terrible picture, why can't get closer than 70yards from the snake?

If thats the best a Cannon Power shot SX 60x zoom can do I'll stick with a camera phone on Stylus Tough.

Don't worry about the mule, just load the cart

Looks like a cottonmouth, but pic is slightly blurry, and snake is just too far away to be certain.

You're calling people yo yo's, but you're the one needing help identifying a snake? Lol I could've taken a better picture with my iPhone. Next time get closer and take a better picture, it's not a Trex

Need to see his head, has characteristics of a Cotton mouth but could also be a large blotched watersnake. If he has vertical bars ruining up and down this moth then it's not a WM. If he has one horizontal bar around where his mouth comes together it's a WM

I say no. The Cottenmouth has a very short and blunt tail.
A Cottenmouth that long would be a few inches fatter or thicker as well.
