how has the bite been for crappie headed down today for the weekend and the ms wants to go crappie fishing. guessing they are solid around all the bridges and guessing minnows are still the best over the jigs.. need to put some back into the freezer.

Jigs Rule are all you need.
Brush Piles, Laydowns, submerged tree tops.
Fish are 12-16 early, but go deeper and bury up in 18-20 during the high sun

It's actually some kinda cover that goes over your hat to keep the sun off your neck. Momma got me and bubba one to wear while we're fishing. I remember it sometimes!!
