I just started painting lures, what are you guys doing your final coat/dealer with. I got some 5 minute epoxy from Barlows. Some turn out well others to so much.

Robert, unfortunately I'm still a few weeks out on the holographic version of the deep diver. I sure wish I had them on hand right now.

I personally don't use much epoxy, but you need to switch to the 30 minute version also if you will but you cup in a small bowl of ice you will get a little more working time out of it. Putting 1 or 2 drops of denatured alcohol will thin it and give you a thinner coat. Don't use more than a few drops though or you will have issues with outgassing.
