Lake Sam Rayburn Crappie fishing is awesome! We caught our limit yesterday/ 50 crappie in about 1 hour! Last 6 times out everyone has gotten their limit. Let me take you out in my brand new Ranger RT188, rigged out with 24 volt Motorguide XI5. Holds me perfectly right on my brushpiles.

Hopefully you're easier to get ahold of than Roger Bacon! Tried calling him 3x this summer to schedule a trip my wife bought and he never called me back.

Good luck on Big Sam! Hafta come wet a line there sometime!

Good looking website except no pictures to look at. Good luck the website doesn't say where you work out of Jackson Hill, Powell Park?

Also what is not clear is the deposit, is it additional to the guided trips rate, so you add $100 to cart and the trip you want - seems like $350 for 1/2 day trip with fish cleaned and bagged, plus $100 deposit charge your card for $450, is that correct?

Sorry for the confusion. I normally meet customers in Broaddus at Bear's Country Diner or Dairy Mart around 6:15 am so they can get a breakfast or cup of coffee, or whatever. Then we go and put in either at the bridge on 83 or San Augustine Park. As regards the deposit. Once you pay the deposit, the balance is $200, or $250 with the fish cleaned for 1/2 day. Thanks for the input. I'll make that clearer on the website.

Very nice, I live in Broaddus and like to catch crappie, so thank you for the update.
