Hi I'm new to the site and I have a question for anyone who could help. I have a 2003 triton tr20 with a yamaha 225 my problem is it keeps overheating when I really get on it. I had the power head rebuilt a new water pump and a new popit lvalve installed and I'm still having the same issues the out is a yamaha 225 066. Any help will be greatly appreciated since I don't want to spend another 7k to get it repaired again. Thanks Tim

Anything on transom that could cause a water disturbance in front of the lower unit. Water pressure staying over 20psi?

They had a lot of problems with the water inlets on the lower units on those when they came out. Make sure you have the updated version.
