Reel Repair in Red Oak

Need some help, I live in Red Oak and have a Orra SX torn apart need someone close that I can send the reel to repair. Can not seem to figure out how to make a gear stay in position to engage the reel once you press down the thumb bar.

Im not in red oak but Im in Fort Worth. Why did you take it apart to begin with? Was it acting up?

Had the reel for a couple of years and decided to clean it real good. Nothing wrong with it just doing some maintenance on it.
