1 Tablespoon of Tumeric powder
1 Cup of Honey
and the juice of 1 whole lemon.
Then mix with warm water or tea
*My question is how much water or tea*
Has anyone tried this? It's supposed to be better
than taking Ibuprofen

I know Honey & Lemon Juice is a home remedy for a sore throat.
My mom used to give me that when I was kid.
I heard Turmeric powder has anti-inflammatory properties, which is what ibuprofen has.
