Bad fishing, very little participation, and lack of funds was the last I saw. Sad deal though, there were actually several guys willing to pay the $300.00 per year to keep it up. I hate to see it gone.

OH No!Damn I feel like I have lost a relative!Or an appendage.Its just hard to believe this pond has fallen on such hard times.I know our country has shot craps but never our fishing.Everyone chime in here to analyze what has happened here.Texoma is kind of a flagship for fishing.

there is still a lot of fish there but when it ran over the spillway for a very long time a lot of the fish went downstream.

there is still a lot of fish there but when it ran over the spillway for a very long time a lot of the fish went downstream. I sure appears that is what happened......

Terrible. I liked the site. I used to fish Texoma every week but fishing has been off for two years. Same here at PK. Once they open the floodgates, out go the stripers only to die in the shallow Brazos.
