I've been using these during the summer for the last couple of years and they really help with the heat. They have them at Academy for $9.99.

Just keep a couple in a zip lock bag of water in the cooler & switch them out when they dry out.

The first 5 days after the Weekend are the Hardest.

I have a shammy from 2001 that I still use. Its old, ripped, and pink but it works great.

Try the Endura Cool Sport.

They don't get rock hard when they dry out so you can fold them up to fit in the tube. I had one that was still a little wet so I could fold and stuff and when I pulled it out the next time it was disgusting
