My fellow anglers,
It is time to start signing up for the August 13, 2016 East Texas Crappie Series tournament! This tournament will be held at the Villages Marina at 2:00pm like always!
However, this tournament we were asked if the tournament teams catch anything at two pounds and over that the teams do not intend to keep, if we could please keep them on ice, or in a bait well with water for a TPWD biologist to study. Please keep this in mind as you are fishing.

Just got done signing up at Nautical Mile. Been a while since a 2# crappie has found its way into my boat but hopefully we will get lucky this weekend.
