I'm going to mount a trolling motor on my 19' stoner skiff and need help on how to mount this off the bow. Not sure how I can do it with the nose the way it is. Any help is appreciated.

+1 on a fab shop. It may not be cheap but it will do what you need. Shop rates are probably around $100/hr. A good fib guy should be able to crank one out in an hour or so if you give him a drawing to work from.

I would also look for an owners group and ask questions there.

What trolling motor are you looking at installing? I might have a connection that can help.

He's looking for a mount, not a plug.

Wow!!! Just so happens that I work with an aluminum fabricator that can fabricate whatever he is looking for. Thought that may be helpful to him as his rates are cheaper than what you posted. I asked about the TM to get an idea of what he was planning on using to come up with some possible ideas.

I'm not sure a trolling motor would even work well with that hull, since there appears to be no true nose to slice through the water. I might be wrong though, first boat I've seen like that. I'd go to the saltwater forum and ask those guys.

A tm will work. Many flat bottom boats with a square front has tmotors including mine.
BlueNitro has some vast experience in Tmotor mounts, lend him an ear.
