 1990 Champion Fuse box or breaker?

Does anyone know if there is a fuse box or breaker on a 1990 Champion? I have no power to any electronics or LSS module. I have power to the bilge but not the aerator??

My '92 has one under the drivers console

My 94 has it at the console and it has on/off power switch to cut all power.

I have a 90 model and breaker is below each toggle switch.

There may be a fuse on the outboard itself, under the cowling as well.
