I have an electric smoker, going to try it out for this recipe. I can either use smoke or not. Ideas?

you can do that in the oven also,..using the broiler,..yummy.
best to half fry and dry the bacon first,..then wrap, cook, stuff in face.

I have no crappie or any fish. I have plenty of Frito Lay Cashews if someone wants to swing a little trade (sandbass or whatever)... Just chunking it out there.

Tried it over the last weekend. Several pieces had jalapeno slices mixed in and brown sugar on the top. Excellent. Definitely will experiment with other stuff and make it many times again.
