We have caught 2 man limits last two days in less than 3 hours fishing. Hope this holds up for awhile. Fishing submerged timber and brushpiles in 15-18' water has been what I'm focusing on. Orange/chart and white/chart jigs on 1/8 ounce jig heads. Fish have been suspended 10' deep to right off bottom. I start at 10' then work my way down til bites slow then move on to next spot. Caught 40 keepers off one brushpile today. That was a welcomed surprise. Fishing is good, I have next Friday open. Can't guarantee a limit but can gurantee you will leave a better Crappie fisherman. Thanks Jerry...we enjoyed the time on the water with you, obviously for putting us on the fish, but also for sharing your knowledge. Looking forward to our next outing.

WTG Jerry you know where they're at.I enjoyed fishing w ya, ih early june water got little rough, but you gave it 110percent, and I learned more about lavon, not to mention take n home some fine eating. If anyone wants a good mess of crappie and good man to fish with, Jerry is DA GUY. thanks, PAT[aka burro}.
