Members fished on a very iffffy day. Yes it was hot and windy but for most the fish were biting. There was a little thunder but no real storms appeared.

We are presently fishing summer hours of 6 AM to noon or there abouts.

C-rig, drop shots and crank baits accounted for the bigger bags. Most fish were caught fairly shallow.

The team of new comer Brian Dick and Charlie Abresch brought 7 fish to the scales for 25.02 anchored by Charlies 5.35 lunker.
Second place team went to Don Overstreet and Bob Roberts with 10 bass for 15.28.
Third place team went to Randy Steele and John Mark Talley 7 bass for 10.69
Mac McDaniel also had a 5.35 lunker to tie Charlie.

Faze 4 was started within the auspices of the Lake Fork Anglers to give our boaters the opportunity to pair with others boaters so they can learn the lake better and learn new techniques. And it is working. Our boaters are mostly improving ten fold. Also it gives us another excuse to be out on the water fishing instead of being home doing honey do lists.

Even on tough days Lake Fork is one heck of a great fishery.
