I'll never complain about a boat ramp again.

I guess that is what you call a drive on trailer. I'll bet that water is warm too!

Besides tearing up your boat I wonder how many people get hurt.

This is how I picture it would be if my wife loaded up my boat.

Deep Creek is clearly a euphemistic name.

This is the scene at every local lake in the summertime.... Guys and gals up to their chest in the water, people running around crazy, shouting, water crashing......boats slamming into the shore, docks and other boats.....

If it wasn't for boat launches boat repair shops would go out of business.

If anyone here has ever been to lake Falcon then they have experienced that kind of fun.

The place I stay at in Alaska has a private boat ramp. It's only usable during high tide, because it's completely out of the water at low tide (tide change is anywhere from 8 to 20 FEET).

I fished with a friend in Oregon and they launch and loaded right on the beach like this.
But they did it a lot better. It is definite a get wet situation even when it goes well.

Wow... those last 2 boats did a pretty damn impressive docking job.
