Jammed my Minn Kota Terrova into a pole on a dock while getting a passenger on. Anyone out here have any good luck getting trolling motors fixed locally? I see All Star Marine in Lewisville listed as an approved Minn Kota repair shop. Anyone out here use them and willing to give a review?

Pealed back on side and sheared off a screw in the base.

No easy fix here. Tried to use an ease out but no luck. Takes total disassembly to replace this base.

I cannot speak for All Star Marine, but Boris Marine in Lake Worth have been very good when I have needed something. They may be further than your willing to travel though.

I have had very good luck with All Star ..... wouldn't go any where else in Dallas area. I have heard good about a shop out in East Tx (Jones) and one in Ft. Worth (Boris Marine) but All Star is the ONLY place I would take it in Dallas.

All Star, in Dallas, did me a fine job on my trolling motor cables, fair and quick. Dont want to talk ba

dly about them but sw parts said it would take a while to get the part f they could get the part. One month later they had it fixed. the other cable brok the next week and all star ad me back in the water before the end of the week..
