If yall are fans of the Power Tackle Rods, I have been testing the new Pow-R rods. The new Pow-R LPC970 7'7 is plain awesome for flipping heavy cover. It fills in the gap for the PG104 and PG104.5 so it is like a PG104.25. It's got a heavy back bone with fast tip, it loads up a lot different then the 104 & 104.5...These are also Carbon Fiber blanks from Point Blank they are very light.. These will be on the market soon, yall will be impressed. If you want to check it out in person get with me.

I got my 970 a week ago and absolutely love it! I am using mine for a frog rod and it works extremely well. The Pow-R Rods are available now!! If you in the central Texas area contact me to check the rods.

Can you post pics of the handles? Also do they have the recoil guides?

Any reason why they went with recoil guides? Was reading up about the blank and tech behind it(awesome reviews by the way). Thanks

Thanks for pics! You just cost me a lot of money. Those look great! Been waiting on something in between the 104 and 104.5, also rods in the 7' 2"- 7'4" range..

Thanks Power tackle has always had recoil on the Paragon rods. we go with the recoil's for durability and sensitivity. Ive had my Paragons for 3 1/2 years and have no issues at all
