Steel weights are larger than lead or tungsten for the same weight. No thanks.

Steel RUSTS and will destroy an entire box expensive hooks and weights.. Tungsten is much better anyways.

I say we fish 5 days a week and work 2.

It will damage your line and going to cost you a good bite because they rust up

Tungsten is more compact and you have more sensitivity to the bite.

Steel sucks, they are massive compared to tungsten or lead for that matter.

Guess I'm the only one that throws steel weights, I honestly like them for fishing around rocks because of the larger size I don't seem to get hung up as often, but I'm not one to spend 5 bucks on a single weight either.
