 I finally got an over on fork

I was fishing the cowboy bass church tournament and around 1:00 pm I got a bit ( under a dock) and set the hook. She came up and I knew it was an over. She was long.. 24 1/2 inches long. Got her in the boat and man it was an ugly fish. Long and skinny like me and just about as ugly. Took her to weigh in and she was 5.99 lbs. Her mouth was a 8 to 9 lber but not her body. I finally get an over but not what I was expecting for an over. To bad it was not a paper tournament.

Ohhhh, the only paper tournaments I have ever fished were catch, weigh then take photo, none of this well it probally weighed this according to this method.
But ok.

That is the smallest over I have heard of, seen some in the 6's but not 5+, over is a over congrats on the win.

That is the smallest over I have heard of, seen some in the 6's but not 5+, over is a over congrats on the win. There was a 5.74 in an event a couple years ago. Might have been Sealy Outdoors. It was one of the big events at Fork.
