Anyone have any recent reports on Grapevine sand bass? My daughter finally has a day off and I plan on taking her out Friday morning. Last 2 times out (about 2 weeks ago) my son and I caught them good (you can search and see my prior reports). Just haven't been out in a while and wanted to see if it was still good. I see the lake level has really dropped but sometimes dropping watering can make the fish suspend and hard to catch. Thx in advance.

We got into a big mess two weeks ago between Katie's woods ramp and glass cactus. We had to move as they moved but 2 of us caught limit in hour. Haven't found them again recently, did you go this weekend and have thoughts on where to try or where to avoid :-)

Nope, didn't go. Had planned to take my daughter out on Friday or Saturday morning but she ended up making other plans. I decided to skip fishing this weekend and knock out some honey-dos. Son has a soccer game next Saturday but I'm going to try and get out on Sunday morning. Maybe the lake will have settled down some now that the water level is closer to normal and the release rate has declined.
