Chalk Ridge Falls below Stillhouse lake on the Lampasas, Nolan Creek in Belton or Salado Creek, I fly fish these waters all the time and catch some nice sunnies and bass



PB Blue 47# Lake Belton
PB Flathead 16# Guadalupe River
PB Channel Cat 6# Choke Canyon

I agree with fox. Nolan creek at Yeti park offers easy parking and water access. The past few times I have gone, I have had a couple of "tube riders" ruin some of the deeper holes. Plenty of pan fish and small bass.

The Brazos river below Lake Whitney.. none better when the timing is right..
