Had a real good time on the lake the past couple days. We bought a home on Whitney in Dec. after fishing Tawakoni for the past 20 years. Had non stop sand-bass action the past 2 mornings as well as some decent stripers caught. Sand-bass every cast for a couple hours will wear you out as well as cut your hands up good. Had to troll to get the stripers as I can't do the live bait. Caught 4 the last 2 times out. So 1 fish short of a double limit. Caught a 28" & 30" to help start the healing process. Maybe if it keeps up I will be able fully recover from my "Missing Tawakoni Remorse".

Personal best :
Freshwater Red - 26.11lb.
Striper - 15lb.
Black- 7lb.
