That part of the article seems pretty bothersome. Allow someone to run a business and invest their resources then kick them out and make them leave all improvements made. That just sounds plain rotten.
yeah...went in there Fri and treated my son to some fried pickles be for we went fishing...they have fixed it up so nice and clean in there. I had hopes that someone could make ago of it this time...that's a tough business to make a living in...the way it's set up there, the income has to come from the store only...state owns the boat ramps, so they don't get a launch fee, and I think the lake board owns the cabins and rv park, so they don't get income from that either...and this time they couldn't even sell bait and tackle...just dosent make sense.

The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?

The crappie fishing has slowed down a lot for me. Just been picking up one or two at each brush pile. Three Nails guide service has been catching several limits though if your interested in a guide.

Sad. Reminds me of the demise of the wondeful Hanks Creek Marina on Rayburn years ago.

Probably didnt grease the right palms enough or offer freedies to to the right sheeks.

Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.

Teach a man to fish, he will sit in a boat all day and drink beer.
