Gonna finally make it down to Toledo Bend next March. Will probably fish big creeks on the Texas side. Looks like Fin N Feather is a good choice. Any other ideas?. Thank you

Toledo bend Bed and Breakfast(palo gaucho creek arm) is a great place! puts you mid lake with housen and 6 mile just south of there. they redid the house so everything is brand new and really nice. they have a dock you can tie up too as well with power to charge with.

Big Bass Marina on the La. side. Has a pool, a nice beach, covered boat stalls w/ electricity and is located in the middle of the lake. Arnolds, Yocum, Housen, 6 mile, Jesse Lowe Bay, Negreet and Lowes creek are all with in a 10 min boat ride.
They have a well stocked bait shop (V&M), a good restaurant and on the weekend a buffet breakfast. Good thing about boat stalls is the docks are not open to direct wind and waves so you can sleep comfortable knowing the weather is not going to destroy your boat

No Louisiana lic. Required as long as you gotta Tx. Lic. We always stay at Bridge Bay resort, it is on the South side of the road right after you go over Pendleton Bridge.

Six mile marina has small rooms for cheap. It's been a while since I stayed there. Not as nice as Fin and Feather. They also have a ramp there.

Fin and Feather is a really good choice, cabins or hotel and has really good food too, or did when we ate there a few weeks back. Another alternative would be where AP was talking about, maybe a little cheaper. Both are on good areas of the lake.

I guarantee you will enjoy yourself and he knows the guides to put you on and/or tell you where the best fishing is Good folks, great place and mid-lake so, you can go to either end and not far from the LA side either.
