Rayburn frog bite is great early and late around the hay grass but during the middle of the day flip hay grass or look for schoolers around main lake points. Haven't been on Toledo.

Rayburn will give you more opportunities to fish closer to bank as said above. Toledo right now is all offshore from what I have been able to produce with any consistency.
Both good choices depending on your style of fishing.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways with a fishing rod in one hand, 10# LMB in the other, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and yelling "Wow! What a Ride!

I'm going out of the box with this one, wacky worms around the hay grass, fish seen to be feeding where you find algae balls attached to the hay grass, back off 6to8 feet, pitch in a wacky worm or Senko any color as long as it's watermelon will work.
