Last time I went there, the guy cut the burnt end off a brisket for the person in front of me, and sliced him a better cut of meat. When I asked for some brisket, he put the burnt ends on my tray. I told him I didn't want the burnt end, and he got pissed off and started being a smart@$$. When the old man ordered, he gave the burnt end to him with out charging him for it.
With service like that, I won't go back.
A man should be able to saddle his own horse and kill his own snakes.
