Has anyone had experience getting repair work and maintenance with Eagle Mountain Performance Marine? I got my new to me boat a few months ago and I want to get everything checked out on it along with the steering looked at for the first time. My dad is very adamant about me taking it to this place for some reason, so I was just asking if anyone has had experience with them.

Haven't had them work on my boat, but it took them over a month to fix two of my jet skis that they said would take no longer than a week or so. Also the communication and customer service was about as bad as I've had in a while, so I wouldn't recommend them.

They did great work on my new to me boat but communication was hard and took them longer than expected to get my boat back to me.

They are swamped because they are good at what they do. You just have to get in line and be patient. The wait will be worth it. They know their stuff.
