Too bad DuBois isn't open in time for a daylight launch. Wish I hadn't bought a season pass.
With the regular damage to trailers at Jordan and thefts of trailer parts won't use it on the weekends.

What have I missed at Jordan? I have just recently started launching from there over the past month but I have not heard of or had any negative experiences there. Too bad DuBois isn't open in time for a daylight launch. Wish I hadn't bought a season pass.
With the regular damage to trailers at Jordan and thefts of trailer parts won't use it on the weekends.

In the past month had someone back into my trailer and saw two others discover the same thing with no notes left. Also had a hub cover and a pig tail taken.
Just too remote which makes easy pickings.
Just ridiculous that DuBois isn't open 1/2 hour before daylight.

Personally never had any issues at any of the boat ramps at roberts guess I have been lucky

Just ridiculous that DuBois isn't open 1/2 hour before daylight. i have been there many tim s before the gate opens, all you have to do is push the gate open. Done it many times and no problems. If by myself I just tie a rope around the pole.

I've never had a problem at Jordon Park or Buck Creek, but then again I keep and an old beat up pickup truck attached to the old boat trailer all the time. Nobody is going to bother these old, but reliable beasts. Once while going out with a guide I even left my Charger's trunk open for the whole afternoon with many valuable tools, spare, etc. visible and ready for the pickin' and nothing was touched. Lucked out there.
