Wow, what terrific service. Mr. Lain has a fully equipped panel truck. He came to my house this morning on time, fixed the issue I was having (throttle/motor) at a very reasonable price. He, along with his assistant, was friendly, cordial and fully explained what he was going to do, how, and did it; all within a short time. They also repaired the safety ladder on the stern, which I was unaware of at no charge.

I have no hesitation to recommend Lain's Onsite boat and/or auto service to anyone.

Oh, BTW, he kept in constant communication with me before the appointment by text or phone. We've conditioned ourselves to accept less when it comes to customer service and satisfaction - you will get that good ole fashion service and satisfaction of a job well done of the past with Mr. Lain.
