I am posting this for a Lansing, Michigan Lake St. Clair Fishing Guide named Tom Keifer who has qualified for the 2016 BASS Nation Championship to be held on Lake Conroe November 16-18, 2016. Tom has a chance to qualify for the Classic if he wins his division consisting of 20 qualified anglers.
If you or someone you know with considerable experience on Lake Conroe would be interested in showing Tom around prior to cut off which is mid October he would be willing to either trade some days in exchange for some Lake St. Clair fishing which is absolutely amazing or he would be willing to pick up all expenses of the Conroe Fishing. As a school teacher his days off are tight but he said the weekends of September 24-25 or October 1-2 or 8-9 would be his best fit. He will fly in for the pre fishing and drive down for the tournament.
Tom Keifer can be reached via email at tkofishingllc@gmail.com or 517-980-1644

Thanks in advance for your help. I will be emailing this post to Tom so he can keep track of it.

Congrats to your friend. Good luck!

Conroe hammers are notoriously tight-lipped. They make Palestine sticks look like chatty cathy. And, seeing as they've fished three TTBCs there already, I think most of the pros already have an inside track on the best local info. Congrats to your friend and good luck finding some help.

Took me a couple years to get the feel for Conroe myself. Still learning. And YES, tight lipped about the lake is an understatement... Guilty as charged
