 Lens color when fishing with Mono

So I have some bronze/amber lens Strike King S11's that have treated me extremely well for the cost. This weekend I was throwing a wacky rig on the Trinity and could hardly see my line on top of the water. It was a little windy so there was some chop on the water making feeling the bite a little difficult.
For you guys that have blue/green lenses, can you see mono on the surface of the water on windy days? I know how well polarized glasses work has everything to do with the angle of sight, so maybe blue/green is better for being close to the water. Thoughts?

That is a good question. I have a good pair of amber Maui jims i won in a tourney raffle and I put them on and green or clear mono disappears on the water. braid is not as bad but still tough to see with a little chop.
my solution really is not a good one but I take a black sharpie and put 1" marks every foot or so on my line 4-5 feet away from the bait and for a few feet after that. you can see the marks fairly well when wacky fishing but so can bluegills and they will come investigate and occasionally smack the line.
anyway, I hope this helps while we wait for someone with the real solution. love me some wacky rig fishing

I'm not really a sunglasses kind of guy, but here is a thought:
I use Power Pro braided line in high vis yellow, or Suffix braid in high vis fluorescent orange. I use fluorocarbon leaders.
Of course I don't use this for every rig, but for all of my soft plastics, this is what I go with.
I have been at this my entire life, and this is by far the best recipe I have ever found. I get extreme sensitivity, I can see my line extremely well, and with the fluorocarbon leader, I don't worry about the fish being able to see anything.
