 Will this lure work good?

 Just bought this lure for .75 cents at walmart and i was wondering how this is meant to be used and if it will work good on stripers or sandbass ?

If the fish are surfacing it will work great. That is a top water dog type lure.

They are not picky in the summer!!! Throw that sucker till there's no paint left on it. It doesn't have a lip so you will be surface popping it! Throw it, let it sit,then pop that sucker every few seconds and Hang on!!!
