On my Motorguide X3 trolling motor the direction arrow fell off somewhere. I looked all over the net could not find where to order a new top cover. Found one place but their web site does not work. So I contacted Motorguie thru their web site and told them what happened and was not sure if I registered it back in April of 2015. Web site said they would answer within 4 days. Told them it was not worth the expense and trouble to mail it back I would just use duck tape to cover the hole. Well today a new cover shows up in the mail from them. I like to fell thru the floor, I was not expecting that kind of service nor was I expecting a new cover. I told them I was just letting them know they might have a problem with those covers. Well this is the only place I know to leave a nice comment on what they did for me.
