I have a 2012 Z521 with Sea Star hydraulic steering. It appears to be leaking out of the cylinder. Has anyone ever resealed this before? Tips and hints would be appreciated. Or, should I take to the shop to have it done?

Thanks,
Kevin

Just order a kit and do it. The tool comes with the kit. Fairly simple The only draw back is adding fluid back and bleeding the system. It requires two people. Go to you tube and watch the video.

I can`t recommend anyone to change these seal caps out themselfs after having issues getting all of the air bleed using a power bleeder. This works pretty well:
