 1198 si snap shot feature

I just bought a new lake master south card and installed it in the 1198. Now my snap shot feature doesn't work. When I put the old card in it works fine. Is there a fix for this. Yes I made sure it was on

Are you running the current software?

What card are you using for snapshots?
