My 84 year old BIL was told he has stage 4 cancer two weeks ago. He and my sister just called and are headed to East Texas. He wants to go fishing in the morning while his health will allow it.

I live near Longview and have fished Fork, Palestine, Cedar Creek and TWOK in the past, but not in last three years.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Take him to Caddo if he has never been. Get him a bucket of minnows and a cane pole. Fish the knees.

Cast - We were thinking of going to Caddo for the scenery.

Thanks for your input.
