Need suggestions on what colors to use in stained water for swimming a curl tail grub? Am looking at Yum curl tail grubs that have green, red, brown bodies with chartreuse tails. I'm sure they also have other colors.

chart; purple/chart; white/chart; Lemon lime; orange/chart; blue/chart
color may not make that big a difference with a moving active bait.

Sticking with white ones and black ones is always a good choice! Some guides only use black and white. Hungry crappie will hit almost anything, it's the ones that are not feeding that are "picky" like people always talk about. If you're swimming the grubs you're mostly going to get the active crappie so color won't matter that much. *Get pink jig heads for any unnatural colors*

My new pet jig is using a Bobby Garland Itty Bitty jigs on the smallest head I can get. They catch a lot of sunfish, crappie, and also get hit by catfish more than any other jig I've used. Use under a peg or slip bobber. Best jig so far for multitasking both sunfish and crappie for me.
