 Rod guide and grip repair/conversion?

I have an older custom rod that I just don't use much any more. I was curious about changing the guides our to micro guides and making the grip a split grip. Is there anyone close to me that can do those things? Or around Dallas? I will be in Dallas this week Thurs-Sun. Coach
