How much performance does your boat suffer if you have some small dings in your prop and rough edges? Ill attach a picture when i get my boat out next but just wondering what you have experienced etc. Thanks in advance.

It can be significant, especially if cupping is lost. Props lose their cup over time. I usually send my prop in every 2 years for a tune-up, sooner if needed.
