Been hearing the sandbass were on fire on this lake.... been out here with wife since 330.... not a bite..... any help wpuld be appreciated. Over by damn now....

we looked everywhere Monday,..found some scattered. Rumor has it the Horseshoe has them in evenings,
but we didn't see any,..it's tuff to find them for me too.

we ended up catching a handful, but its was no "freezer filler" trip like others have been saying. will try again next week. hopefully winds aren't as bad next week.

Try SRA point and the humps outside little Caney. drag some crankbaits around. Only throw if you see a bunch of bait fish. They seem to only bite in the early morning or late evening.
