I have a friend considering purchasing this skeeter. Seller says it was fixed with 12 layers of fiberglass and solid as a rock?

Feedback please.

The fiberglass has too many air bubbles and porous holes in it. May not leak but will not stand up to too much abuse. Like mentioned above, if cheap enough buy it, and take it to a professional to repair.
