I haven't been to tawakoni in a year and plan on going Thursday. What's the bite from the bank like lately?

Heading out there this evening.... Did you have any luck yesterday? We had decent luck near holiday about 3 weeks ago nice eater blues and 1 channel cat using cubed perch from a pond, had to cast really far to get bit though anything up close didnt produce squat.

Sunday we hit Holiday since we had reports the fishing was good, Didnt catch much but it was the heat of the day. Went down to the rive by the spill way and caught nothing but drum one after another. Warden stopped by to check everyone out said the hybrids had been good the river is full of shad right now. There where a few fellas who had nice stringer of hybrid but they must have caught them in the morning, because we did not seem them land any that afternoon. I plan on going out again this weekend. OH and the boat ramp by the dollar general on 751 at duck cove didnt produce squat friday night either.
