 How to make jug lines out of pool noodles?

I'm needing to make some jugs soon and the only material I have to float them is some pool noodles! So please share your ideas on how to fix them up!

Some very good info on here and on youtube. Search is your friend. There is a thread on here somewhere showing how to build them using PVC pipe.
