I haven't yet but heard some news this week that they are a success. I haven't even seen the bait until two days ago. I want some now. What colors is most productive for you? I hate getting caught up with all the new bait hype. It happens every time!!

The hooks are junk. Change em out before ya fish with it. Had one Side of the treble break off lifting a small fish in the boat

These baits have been around a long time.. Not a new bait hype.

What bait was exactly like this? I have prob 3 or 4 that resemble the action, but not exactly like it. But then again, I have yet to put a whopper plopper in my hands.....now its sounding like a personal problem!

I've got one, the midsize black one. Well, black buzz baits work, so why not. So far one bass about 2.5 lbs. by me and another like it for a kid in my boat throwing it for amusement purposes. Several old musky lures have used this concept. One is the Gooches Tally Wacker.

I have 3,love them. One thing I notice is that they don't nip at it and miss like the sometimes with other topwater lures. They either absolutely kill it or they don't hit it at all.
